We have heard a lot lately about going smaller in life. It wasn’t all that long ago that bigger was better, but these days it seems to be focused more on tiny, and that is the case with a tiny home.

Imagine if you only had an area that was about 250 square feet. Would you think that that was enough to build a home? The girl that we have in the following story not only thought it was enough for a home, she proved it by designing and building it herself.

When she first picked up a hammer, many people thought that she was a little crazy. Even those who knew about the dream that she had for a tiny home would likely express some type of disbelief but when they saw the end product, they could hardly imagine what she was able to create.

At first, it was just a normal garage where you would keep a lawnmower and perhaps some other garden equipment. By the time she was finished, however, it was a comfortable place to live. She transformed it into something fantastic.

When you look in the entrance area, you can see that there is a cozy little location where you can curl up and read a book. It’s a great place to spend an afternoon.

The home has everything you could possibly need, including a living room, kitchen, and bedroom. It even has a little woodstove so that you can stay warm when the weather gets cold.

We applaud this woman for what she was able to do. What could you do with such a space?
