It can be difficult to work retail, especially when you have to deal with rude customers on a continual basis. Many managers will tell you that the customer is always right, but any retail worker realizes that is not true.
Imagine if you were working retail and somebody did something rude to you. It may seem as if they were getting away with murder, but sometimes you can get a little revenge.
That is what happened with one retail worker when he decided to get revenge on a rude customer. He shared the story on TikTok, and many people enjoyed hearing it.
He was working retail when a customer came into the store five minutes before they closed. He wasn’t upset about it at first, but it wasn’t kind that they were starting shopping when the store was closing.
The customer was told politely that the store was going to close in five minutes. They just snapped back rudely and ended up shopping for 35 minutes beyond the store closing.
The retail worker was upset and he decided to get back at the rude customer. You can see how he did it in the following video:
