The world has been closely monitoring the royal family since Princess Kate gave her diagnosis of cancer. It has been a difficult time for the entire family, but it seems as if she is getting back into the swing of things.
This included Princess Kate attending Trooping the Colour, an event that marks the king’s birthday but is also her first official appearance since speaking about her cancer diagnosis.
She attended the event along with her husband, Prince William and their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. She was looking nice in a white dress and matching hat and they took a horse-drawn carriage to Buckingham Palace, where they joined the king and queen on the balcony to watch the Royal Air Force flyover and the proceedings.

The princes had abdominal surgery and she stepped away from her royal duties, not going back to work as was expected. It was in March that she announced to the world that the cancer had been found during the procedure and she would undergo preventative chemotherapy.

Recently, she did release a statement saying that she is not out of the woods yet but she is hoping to be at more summertime events. We look forward to seeing the family.
