If you remember just a few weeks ago, it seemed as if everybody was talking about how Kate Middleton had disappeared off the scene. They were concerned about her condition, and then she came out with a video that shocked the United Kingdom and the entire world.
The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, shared an announcement that she was diagnosed with cancer. She is only 42 years of age and the video message was full of all of the emotion that you could possibly expect.
She had abdominal surgery in January, something that was considered to have been successful but unexpectedly, they discovered that she also had cancer. Since that time, she has started with her chemotherapy treatments.
Not only is she thankful for the medical care she is receiving, but she has also expressed her appreciation for the public support that has been poured out on her behalf. There have been many challenges that she and Prince William have faced and are continuing to face during this difficult time.
At this point, they are trying to protect the children and to stay away from any negative comments from others. There has not been any indication as to what type of cancer she has at this point, and Kensington Palace is requesting privacy and is refusing to follow up on any speculation.
