When a baby is born, it is one of the most exciting events that we will have in our lifetime. We wait for months for the big day to arrive and when it happens, we are often given a surprise.

Most parents, especially new parents, will quickly count the baby’s fingers and toes to make sure they have just the right number. They may also quickly look at the baby to see if they have any noticeable physical characteristics, and a baby named David had something that was easy to see.

When baby David was born in March 2021, he arrived with thick locks of blonde hair. His parents were absolutely shocked at the extent of hair that he had, as was the hospital staff.

One of the reasons why everyone was so surprised is because the parents, Tatiana and Ruslan both had dark hair. Genetics can sometimes be funny and you really never know what to expect.

After David was born, they started taking pictures of the baby and posting them online almost right away. Many of the people who saw the pictures on social media were in disbelief, even accusing the couple of taking pictures of a doll.

Even the parent’s love story is one that is unique. It was love at first sight and he proposed to her only three months after they first got together. They were married within six months.

David was 22 months old when he got his first haircut. It had already reached his shoulders and they were having a difficult time seeing his face. In addition, it was difficult to comb out his hair every day so they decided it was time for a change.

Fortunately, David is happy with his new hairstyle and his mother says she has even seen a shift in his behavior. She thinks that along with the haircut comes a degree of maturity, so now he is a little gentleman.

Nobody is really sure why David has blonde hair. His mother thinks it may be a recessive trait on her side because her mother was blonde at birth. They are still looking for answers but until then, they are enjoying their little boy and all he is bringing to the family.
