There’s an old saying that, if you ask a stupid question, you will get a stupid answer. I don’t think any of us doubt the truthfulness of that saying because we may have seen it in action far too many times.

There is also something interesting at play when you ask a question that has an open-ended answer. It gives people the opportunity to get creative and you may just learn something in the process.
